Counselling

The FCSS counselling program provides short-term individual, couple and family therapy. The program is subsidized and available to families with an annual income of less than $75,000 and no access to insurance.  Counselling fees are determined by a sliding scale based on the client’s income and range from $20 - $50 per appointment.

Counsellors are able to help with a variety of life circumstances including; stress, depression, relationships, child/adolescent issues, family conflict, separation/divorce, bereavement, anxiety, abuse, personal counselling and emotional issues.
