Next Steps
The downtown plan steering committee will begin sorting through the input received from the downtown plan community workshop this summer. During this process, the community’s vision for downtown Leduc will start to be translated into policies and strategies which will guide the revitalization and growth of downtown for the next 25 years.
It is anticipated that in the Spring of 2011, the Downtown plan steering committee will present their draft downtown plan to the community for its review and comments on the downtown plan. Until then, the steering committee will be busy drafting the downtown plan using data collected at the downtown workshop and the help of a professional urban design consultant and economic strategist.
