Neighbourhood Design
The City of Leduc is committed to ensuring residents enjoy a high quality of life through the development of well-designed and sustainable neighbourhoods. This means residential neighbourhoods that have the right mix of housing, good transportation networks, quality park spaces and trail systems, and a strong "sense of place" for area residents.The Neighbourhood Design Strategy outlines the City's commitment to urban design and describes our community's vision for residential development.
The Neighbourhood Design Guidelines provides a framework of neighborhood design to be incorporated into all new residential development.
