Corporate Strategic Plan
In 2007, the City of Leduc embarked upon a comprehensive corporate planning process that included a Community Visioning Workshop designed to set the vision, mission and strategic priorities of the municipality for the next five years and beyond. In 2009 and 2011, additional Community Visioning Workshops were held to review progress to date on the plan and further define the vision and strategic direction of the community. The 2011 Corporate Strategic Plan incorporates the key directions emanating from these workshops.
