NEW Business Licence Bylaw 767-2011

The City of Leduc is proud to introduce the new Business Licence Bylaw 767-2011.  The Bylaw was rewritten to simplify, streamline and clarify licencing requirements for the City and provide enhanced enforcement measures.

Bylaw 767-2011 will be introduced to current and new businesses during the 2012 renewal period.

This is what you need to know?

  • Mobile Businesses operating out of a vehicle, temporary structure, display or stand that otherwise don't have a permanent location will require a business licence. This includes businesses such as vendor booths at trade shows, corn stands and hot lunch trucks, etc...
