Special Event Application Process

The City of Leduc requires individuals/groups to register their event/wedding four (4) to six (6) weeks prior to the event date. This assists us with event evaluation, permit and/or insurance requirements and if attention is requried from City of Leduc departments.

Directions:

  1. Open attachment
  2. Save locally to computer system
  3.  Fill out form (enter all fields even if they do not apply)
  4. Save file
  5. Attach completed PDF and email the respective contact: Indoor events  or Outdoor events

If you are not able to save a PDF, the special event application form can be printed and faxed to us.  Please fax indoor events to 780.986.9003 and outdoor events to 780.980.2528.

 

Once the form is submitted, we will contact the individual named on the form.
