Transit
The City of Leduc is committed to improving the quality of life for its citizens. Offering public transportation service options is an important aspect of meeting the needs of a growing municipality. Currently there are two types of transit service for the City of Leduc. The next phase will be to design and implement an internal fixed route system to complement the two existing transit services. The City is working hard to accomplish this phase in the near future. Stay tuned for more information.
C-Line Commuter Service:
The City of Leduc, with our partner Leduc County is pleased to offer a week day commuter transit service during morning and afternoon peak hours through a contract with Edmonton Transit System (ETS). The system will run to and from the Century Park LRT station in south Edmonton on Route 590, also called the C-Line. It will stop in Nisku and the Edmonton International Airport as well.This service provides various benefits to users which include cost savings by providing an alternative option for travel within the region, promoting environmentally friendly transportation and giving users the ability to save money and relax while travelling to their destination.
Leduc Assisted Transportation Service (LATS):
LATS is a specialized transportation service to meet the needs of our citizens who are disabled and/or over the age of 65 years old. It is a door to door bus service using accessible vehicles to pick up and drop of our customers to their desired destinations in Leduc.
