Grants to Organizations

PLEASE NOTE: Amendments for 2021 Grants to Organizations will be accepted until August 15, 2020. For additional information or inquiries about late submissions, please use the contact info below.

 

The 2021 Grants to Organizations application and guidelines can be downloaded here. We encourage you to review the information below in order to prepare to complete and submit your application.

Please Note: Applications must be filled out electronically. Handwritten applications and faxes will not be accepted.

What do I need to submit along with my application?

In addition to your completed application, you will also need to include the following when you submit a Grants to Organizations request:

  • Completed budget template
  • Copy of current Corporate Annual Report
  • Current financial statement
  • Most recent fiscal year-end statement
  • Current year operating budget
  • Fee Policy and Schedule (if applicable)
  • Bylaws
  • Terms of Reference (if applicable)
  • Price quote(s) on any non-operating expenditure in excess of $5,000 (if applicable)
  • Current list of Board of Directors
  • Completed Direct Deposit Form
