Participants can enjoy a variety of interactive stations\, including: \n\nSuper cool bike decorating supplies\nHelmet safety checks\nAn obstacle course and mini street-light course\nLearning proper hand signals and safe riding practices\nBike maintenance tips and tire pressure checks\nBike Index registration for added security\n\nStick around for snacks and a community BBQ\, where families can connect\, meet local officers\, and celebrate safe cycling together. SUMMARY:2026 Youth Wellness Symposium
DESCRIPTION:This event is for youths in Grades 7–12 \nJoin us for an exciting and interactive day designed to connect youth from Beaumont\, Leduc\, Thorsby\, and Leduc County! Participants will travel by bus to visit multiple youth-focused spaces\, including the Beaumont Youth Centre\, Leduc BGC\, and Thorsby FRN. Throughout the day\, youth will take part in guided site tours with breakout sessions\, explore programs and opportunities in each community\, and build connections with peers from across the region. \nIn the afternoon\, everyone will come together at the Beaumont Community Centre for lunch (pizza)\, resource booths\, swag\, and a keynote presentation from special guest speaker FireFly. The day wraps up with door prizes\, final remarks\, and transportation back to home communities. \nThis is a great opportunity to discover local resources\, meet new people\, and be inspired—all in one fun-filled day!
