Hi, my name is Chelsey! I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and would love to work with you on your fitness pursuits! I strongly believe it is never too early or too late to start working towards a healthier lifestyle.
Throughout school I was an athlete and dancer, but found I lost my way once I transitioned into the next stage of life. I would sporadically try getting back into a routine but was never able to find a path that stuck, finding instead that I was self-conscious in a gym setting. It wasn't until I started working in the fitness centre that I found the intrinsic motivation and confidence to make my fitness a priority. My hope is to connect with those who may have had the same experiences as me and want some motivation!
My focus is helping clients feel strong and confident through a balance of strength training, endurance, and conditioning. Whether you are just starting out or looking to change things up, my goal is to help you find the fitness path that works best!
Certified through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology with a specialization in Corrective Exercise through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and as a member of Exercise is Medicine-Canada, I strongly believe in the role that exercise can play in improving quality of life. My training is built entirely on the pursuit of identifying, demonstrating and achieving proper biomechanics to enhance quality of movement for purposes such as reducing acute/chronic pain (back, knees, shoulder, etc.), exercising with chronic diseases (heart disease, diabetes, cancer), increasing functional strength (e.g. post rehab), avoiding future injury or simply to learn what proper movement feels like during activities of daily living, work requirements or fitness related pursuits!
I strive to create programs that are holistic in nature and thus encourage collaboration with allied health care professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc. to ensure that my clients are not only receiving the highest level of service but that they are given the greatest opportunity to achieve success.

Hi, my name is Sarah. I have always been passionate about health and wellness. As a teen I struggled with weight gain and digestive issues which led me down a road of personal discovery as I worked to try and correct the issues I was having. I decided to enrol in a holistic nutrition and lifestyle program and my passion took off. I am now a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and have also completed the Sports Nutrition Certificate program with the International Sport Sciences Association. I recently also became certified as a Personal Trainer through the ISSA program.
I am so excited to work with clients in a one on one setting as they focus on improving their health. I want to help clients become comfortable in a gym setting and improve their exercise repertoire and skillset inside the gym. I enjoy utilizing a combination of training styles including strength training, circuits, intervals and plyometrics to deliver results. I hope to create a happy and healthy environment tailored for my clients to succeed!
Originally trained as an electrician, Trudy traded in her tools and work boots for free weights and running. She lost 80 pounds in the process, which ignited her drive to help others achieve their own goals. She stays active by maintaining a consistent workout schedule as well as going for runs, walks and bike rides with her family.
