Hello! My name is Nicole and I am incredibly passionate about fitness and all that it involves. Through my own weight loss and fitness journey, I uncovered a true passion for the wellness & fitness industry and even a bigger desire to help others reach their individual fitness goals and become better versions of themselves.
I truly get excited when I see someone do a perfect kettlebell swing, when I see a person do a thruster with explosiveness and pure focus, and I get even more inspired when I see a client reach a goal that they once thought was impossible or out of reach. Having experienced being overweight, out of shape, and later breaking through plateaus and enduring injuries I know the journey all too well and it is through this experience that I can help you reach your goals and get through whatever it is you are experiencing.
I bring with me a Personal Trainer certification through CanFitPro as well as an Agatsu Level I Instructor certification in the art of Kettlebell training. I have several years of boxing experience, kettlebell training as well as weight training and have participated in a few 5k/10k races with a goal of running a half marathon and marathon in the near future. I love the outdoors, hiking and snowshoeing and I look forward to furthering my fitness education.
Hi there! My name is Taylor and I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. I was always very active growing up, but in my teenage years I began to gain a lot of weight. Feeling extremely insecure and unsure of the gym environment, I began to work with a personal trainer here at the LRC. My competitive nature helped me excel on the journey of losing weight, each week wanting to out-work the last. I personally believe it turned my entire life around, introducing me to a newfound passion.
My belief is that fitness is not a “one size fits all” experience. Every individual has different needs and goals that can be achieved through different avenues of fitness. I believe that true health and wellness is more than how you look; it is also about your physical and mental health, and when you are able to find a balance, that is when a truly healthy lifestyle can be achieved. It is my true passion to show people that fitness is a way to feel empowered, strong, and reach their full potential.
