NEW Live Leduc Recreation Software
The City of Leduc is excited to Launch its new ‘Live Leduc’ Recreation Software
The City of Leduc is rolling out its new recreation software on April 5th. We are excited to now offer our community an updated and customer-focussed software to support your access to recreation facilities, programs, and services. Our team is hard at work learning the new system and we are committed to providing you with an excellent customer experience throughout this transition from the old system to the new. We ask for your patience as we become familiar with the new software and work with you to get you and your family set up and ready to experience all of the great things offered by Live Leduc.
The software will be launched in a phased approach so we can continue to deliver services for our customers with minimal interruption. In order to do this, services and payments will be limited to locations identified below. Please visit the location identified directly for related purchase, inquiries, registration or to make payments.
Our Live Leduc online portal will be available on May 15, 2018. This online portal will replace the existing ezRec site and will provide citizens with streamlined access to all programs, registration, services, and amenities offered by the City of Leduc. We will not be able to provide online registration for LRC programs between April 5th – May 15th until our new online portal is up and running. You can visit the LRC in person or call Guest Services at 780-980-7120 to register.
Our Leduc Summer Day Camp registration opens on May 1 for LRC Members and May 3 for Non-Members. We will provide information on how to register for these programs on April 27, 2018.
To purchase or make payments for *Leduc Transit, facility bookings and LRC memberships between April 5th-May 15th visit the LRC directly or call Guest Services at 780-980-7120.
*Transit purchases can also be accommodated at the Civic Centre Finance desk.
