Armed robbery June 14

On June 14, 2021 around 8:30 a.m., Leduc RCMP responded to a complaint of an Armed Robbery that occurred at the Super Car and RV Wash in Leduc, Alberta.

Leduc RCMP attended the area with the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services and RCMP Forensic Identification Services and determined that a lone male entered the store, approached the clerk, brandished a firearm and demanded money. The clerk was not physically injured.

The suspect male left the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Extensive patrols were made by Leduc RCMP, but the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • 25 - 35 years of age
  • Approximately 6’
  • Wearing black hoodie, dark pants, dark toque, gloves and a face mask
  • Black, grey and white shoes
  • Long machete style knife strapped to his back in a leather case
  • Carrying a bag with green material

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in this case.
