City of Leduc seeking feedback on the electronic document pilot program
The City of Leduc is seeking feedback from the community on the eDocument pilot program that kicked off mid-September. The survey features a few questions about the system’s utilization, usability, and future implementation.
Moving from ink to digital signatures is a significant change in how services are delivered to the community. To ensure that the process works for all community members, prior to considering a full implementation of this change, the City is embarking on a six-month trial throughout which we will be soliciting regular feedback from residents and other stakeholders.
In Spring 2023, the pilot program will be evaluated based on efficiency, cost, community feedback and impacts to the City's internal processes. The final decision will then be shared with the public.
