Leduc RCMP on scene at multi motor vehicle collision on highway 2 involving Sheriff Vehicle

Update: Leduc, Alberta - Both lanes going Southbound on Highway 2 are now open. RCMP would like to thank motorists for their patience. 

Leduc, AB – Leduc RCMP are on scene at a multi vehicle collision on Highway 2 South of Highway 2A involving two Sheriff Vehicles, a RCMP vehicle and a Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle. 

All occupants are being transported to hospital via ground ambulance. 

Motorists can expect delays as traffic is being reduced to one lane while members along with an RCMP Collision analyst are on scene. 

The investigation continues and further details are not available at this time. An update will be provided once both lanes are open.
