Council Presentation Request Form
Leduc City Council welcomes individuals and groups to Regular Council and Committee-of-the-Whole meetings to provide presentations for information purposes.
Presentation requests must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office which is reviewed by Council Members and the City Manager. Once approval has been received, the City Clerk's office will contact the individual or group to schedule the presentation for the appropriate meeting. Regular Leduc City Council meetings are normally held on the second and fourth Monday of each month, except July and August. Committee-of-the-Whole meetings are normally held on the second, third and fourth Monday of each month, except July and August.
All presentations are allotted 10 to 15 minutes in duration, inclusive of questions from members of council.
