The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on the health of many, causing feelings of stress, anxiety and loneliness. Particularly as people begin to re-enter workplaces, schools and other public spaces, it’s important to take care of our mental health as well as our physical health.

Developed by FCSS, this free mental health webinar will equip Leduc adults and youth with practical tools and strategies to help cope with the mental health challenges of the pandemic.

The webinar will be available until Sept. 30, 2020. All registrants will have access to view the video until then.
