The City provides aid to Leduc non-profit organizations whose activities benefit city participants or users, per the Municipal Grant Policy.
Organizations can submit an operational or capital funding grant application for review by a City advisory board: the Parks, Recreation and Culture Board or the Family and Community Support Services Board. After reviewing applications, the appropriate board will make a recommendation to Leduc City Council.

Final reports are due for all grant recipients from the previous year
Applications are accepted for the next year’s funding
Advisory boards review applications using the PRC Assessment Eligibility Tool or FCSS Assessment Eligibility Tool
Advisory boards make funding recommendations to the City Council as part of budget deliberation meetings
Applicants are notified of the outcome of their application
2025 Grants To Organizations Final Reports
Organizations who received grant funding in 2025 are required to complete and submit a final report form , budget template and required financial documents to [email protected] by Jan. 31, 2026.

The application deadline has passed for the 2026 budget year.
Applications for 2027 Grants to Organizations will open March 1, 2026. Application documents will be available starting March 1, 2026.
