The City of Leduc Enforcement Services is a team of Community Peace Officers (CPO) appointed by the Alberta Solicitor General and Minister of Public Security.

Working closely with the Leduc & District Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the City of Leduc’s Enforcement Services plays a crucial role in maintaining public safety and community well-being. This is achieved through traffic enforcement, parking control, and upholding community standards by addressing bylaw concerns such as noise complaints, property upkeep, and weed and pest control. Enforcement Services also ensure animal and pet control, supporting responsible pet ownership and handling issues like stray animals.

Beyond enforcement, the team promotes youth awareness and education through programs like Positive Tickets, which recognize safe choices such as wearing helmets, using crosswalks properly, and showing kindness in the community. The School Resource Officer also supports students through safety education and relationship‑building in local schools. Events such as the Candy Cane Checkstop further strengthen community engagement. Together, these efforts contribute to creating a safer and more connected Leduc.
