Submission & Confirmation Timelines
Fall/Winter Season

  • April 1: Seasonal group requests open
  • May 1: Deadline for request submissions
  • June 15: Confirmation provided to user groups on space provided

Spring/Summer Season

  • September 15: Seasonal group requests open
  • October 15: Deadline for request submissions
  • December 15: Confirmation provided to user groups on space provided
