Volunteering your time, skills, and knowledge to a City of Leduc Board or Committee helps to ensure Leduc remains a place where people want to live, work, and raise a family. By giving back to the community through a board position, you are helping to affect positive change in our community.
Board and committees serve in an advisory role to Leduc City Council by influencing on programs, services, and initiatives.
The City will have 28 vacant positions in 2026 across six boards:
- Assessment Review Board: 1 vacancy (3-year term)
- Family and Community Support Services Board: 1 vacancy (3-year term)
- Leduc Environmental Advisory Board: 6 vacancies (3-year term)
- Leduc Parks, Recreation and Culture Board: 3 vacancies, including 1 County rep (2-year term)
- Leduc Library Board: 2 vacancies (3-year term)
- Subdivision and Development Appeal Board: 2 vacancies (3-year term)
- Youth Council: 13 vacancies (1-year term)
