The City of Leduc has released the 2026 Proposed Budget, which reflects the strategic direction set by Council to maintain service levels while limiting tax impacts.
The proposed budget balances meeting the needs of the community today while planning for tomorrow, ensuring priorities are addressed through a responsible and sustainable approach. Spending is carefully considered to deliver essential programs, services, and infrastructure efficiently and effectively.
City Administration prepared the budget with a focus on maintaining current service levels and finding cost efficiencies to minimize the revenue requirement.
City Council will review and deliberate the proposed budget over a series of public meetings in November and December. These meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend in person at the Civic Centre, watch the livestream, or view the recordings afterward.
