To help us provide the highest quality service and ensure a safe, respectful environment for both customers and staff, some frontline phone numbers are now being recorded. Callers will hear a pre-recorded message notifying them the call is being recorded. All recordings, unless under review, will be deleted after five days.
Why are we recording:
- Support and protect staff – recordings help deter inappropriate behaviour and provide a record in the event of abusive or threatening calls.
- Ensure clarity and accountability – recordings help us resolve any misunderstandings and maintain a clear record of important conversations.
