- 0 - 7 years of age must always be accompanied (maximum 4 children to 1 supervisor)
- 8+ years of age does not need to be accompanied
This season, due to limited change room access and to ensure we can maintain the physical distancing guidelines in place, lockers will not be available for use. Patrons are asked to not bring valuables and to monitor their belongings on the grass area near the pool. Please come ready to swim.
Guest Services Desk provides a tuck shop that carries all your swimming needs, such as goggles, nose clips, swim caps, bathing suits, swim diapers, towels and sunscreen.
Deep End Requirements
All patrons under 16 years of age will be required to swim two lengths of an acceptable swim for the lifeguards. Once the lengths have been completed, to the facility standard, the patron will receive their deep end mark and be able to enter the deep end. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the deep end by their supervisor (14 years or older). Children can swim for their mark in a PFD and the PFD must be worn at all times in the deep end.
Unfortunately, on occasion, pools have to be closed unexpectedly due to pool fouling. Health regulations require that our pools be closed anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours for the necessary disinfecting.
Disposable and cloth diapers are NOT allowed in the pools. Swim diapers are required for all children/patrons who are not toilet trained and are available at Guest Services for a nominal charge.
Appropriate swimming apparel is required while in the pool.
Pool Deck Requirements for Shoes
For health and safety reasons, outdoor footwear and strollers are not permitted on deck or in the change rooms. Shoe racks are provided at the change room entrance and at the viewing area entrance on deck. Please remove all footwear upon entering the changeroom. Footwear can be stored in your locker or carried out to the grass area.
Food on Deck
For health and safety reasons the pool deck is a Food Free Zone. Drinks in non-breakable containers are acceptable on deck. Only water can be consumed in any of the pools. Food may be consumed on the grass areas and picnic tables.
Aquatic Fitness - Minimum Age
For health and safety reasons, drop-in and registered aquatic fitness program participants must be at least 14 years of age unless otherwise noted.
