Does the city require a deposit or a copy of my lease agreement?

Yes. We require a deposit if you are not the registered owner of the property you are occupying. Commercial and industrial accounts are determined by the water meter size, ranging from $225 to $5,000. You must also provide a copy of the lease agreement when opening the utility account as proof of residency.
