Programs, coaching and resources to help families grow, connect and thrive

The City of Leduc’s Family Resource Network (FRN) offers a range of free, prevention-focused programs designed to help families become strong, resilient, and healthy. From pregnancy through the teen years, we support caregivers with tools, strategies, and relationships to build confidence and connection.

How we can help

Caregivers can access individualized, one-to-one coaching to build parenting knowledge and strengthen the parent-child relationship. This helps families build strong foundations and create safe, responsive environments for children.

Expectant caregivers and families with young children who may be experiencing barriers or challenges can access free in-home parenting education and family support.

Our parenting programs help caregivers strengthen relationships, understand developmental stages, and learn practical skills for everyday challenges. Programs include Emotional Coaching, What’s Up With Teens, Circle of Security, and more!

We offer age-appropriate programs that support healthy social, emotional and developmental growth, including parent and child programs such as Kimochis and Play, Learn Grow and developmental screenings.

Service Delivery

Services are delivered directly or in collaboration with other community partners through a “hub and spoke” model. The City of Leduc FRN is the hub which coordinates with local spokes to support you. Leduc’s FRN spokes are:

The FRN ensures inclusivity by making its services accessible to families from diverse backgrounds, including those with varying income levels and family structures.
