A Homelessness and Poverty Prevention Framework that focuses on short-, medium-, and long-term goals to address homelessness. Actions include providing a mobile Life Safety and Navigation Coordinator, advocating for affordable rental supplements, and working toward establishing a Community Resource Centre.

Life Safety and Navigation Coordinators partner with Community Safety Officers from Leduc Enforcement Services to provide comprehensive outreach services and to address safety and well-being concerns proactively.

The framework emphasizes community-based support, partnerships with local agencies, and regional collaboration to enhance service availability and accessibility.
