Waste Diversion and Collection Communications Telephone Survey
Infact Research and Consulting on behalf of the City of Leduc will be conducting a 10-minute telephone survey of randomly selected property owners and utility customers from mid-August through September 2018.
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate existing communication material and ensure that the City’s residents have the information and knowledge to participate fully and correctly in the Curbside Collection and the Eco Station drop off program.
The collection of personal information is authorized under section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act, and is managed and protected in accordance with the Act.
This means all information you provide will be kept in strictest confidence. It will be used for research purposes and assist in the development of environmental programs and materials. It is important to note that the analysis and reporting of all survey findings will be provided in aggregate only. No individual responses will be provided.
