Taxation & Assessment

Tax and assessment notices are mailed during the month of May. Due to legislation, we're required to provide tax notices in a hard copy format. Taxpayers can request an electronic copy by emailing: propertytaxes@leduc.ca

The tax year runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, and your tax bill is due half way through the year on June 30.

The Tax and Assessment department can help you learn about your property tax and assessment. You'll also find information on how to pay your taxes or how to file a Property Assessment Complaint.
