Residents enrolled in the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) and customers with utility payments due at month-end are advised that payments will be withdrawn — or are due by — Thursday, Oct. 1.

Sept. 30 is a general holiday for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. As a result, month-end payments and withdrawals will occur on the next business day.

Some utility bills may show a due date of Sept. 29; however, utility payments are due on Oct. 1. Utility customers enrolled in pre-authorized withdrawals will have their payment withdrawn automatically on Oct. 1. Customers using another payment method must make their payment by Oct. 1.

September TIPP payments will also be withdrawn automatically on Oct. 1. No action is required for residents enrolled in TIPP.
