Live Leduc Mobile App
Welcome to the Live Leduc mobile app.
It will allow you, our LRC members and the public to access class schedules, view hours of operation, receive amenity closure notifications, reserve their spot and schedule a Group Fitness or AquaFit class and more right at your fingertips.
How to set up an app account
Download the Live Leduc app today through Google Play or the App Store.
• On your smartphone/tablet open up Google Play or the App Store.
• In the search bar, type in “Live Leduc”.
• Press the download button to install the app onto your phone.
• Exit the App Store and wait for the download to finish.
• Open up the Live Leduc App and enter your login details.
Each patron needs to set up their own app account with an email.
If you are an LRC and/or Live Leduc member, the email address in our system and your app account should be the same. This will allow the app to validate your membership allowing you to have easy check-in with the barcode on your phone (your LRC membership card will no longer be needed).
If you do not have an LRC and/or Live Leduc Account, there is a "Guest Sign-in" option where you can set up a basic account with your email and phone number. If you are having any difficulties, please call Guest Services 780-980-7120 and they will be able to add you as a user over the phone.

Desktop Version Available
For those that do not have a Smartphone to reserve a spot for classes and/or equipment only. This version does not include everything that the Mobile App does. There is no My Schedule for simple tracking or reminders of upcoming reservations. You will have to go in each day to see what has been reserved.

Questions about scheduling an appointment
When can I start to schedule my appointments?
The app will allow you to book up to 3 days in advance.
Can I book an appointment for using the app?
Absolutely, it is simple. Click on Appointment Scheduling icon on the Home Page or Appointment Scheduling by the hamburger menu drop down on the top left corner of the Home Page and follow it step by step.
What if I’m running late for my pre-booked appointment?
Unfortunately, we can only hold pre-booked spots for 10 minutes past the start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot will be released.
After my pre-booked appointment ends, can I join the walk-in line?
You may do this by going back to Guest Services to line up and check-in again.
Can I book multiple days at one time?
Yes, you may book up to 72 hours in advance for a maximum of one pre-booked appointment per day.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel and change your appointment using the Live Leduc app or by phone 780-980-7120.
Can I book an appointment over the phone?
Yes, you can book over the phone by calling Guest Services 780-980-7120.
Please note: Patrons are responsible to cancel any scheduled appointments in advance made through the Live Leduc App or Guest Services. Cancellations need to be done at least 1 hour in advance of the scheduled start time. When a patron has accumulated more than 2 no-show appointments, the patron's ability to schedule appointments will be revoked through the Live Leduc App and Guest Services for a 2 week period. Walk-in appointments are still available but there is no guarantee a spot will be available.
