Live Leduc Mobile App

Welcome to the Live Leduc mobile app.

It will allow you, our LRC members and the public to access class schedules, view hours of operation, receive amenity closure notifications, reserve their spot and schedule a Group Fitness or AquaFit class and more right at your fingertips.

Pre-book No Shows
Pre-booking a spot in a drop-in leisure activity or group fitness class and not cancelling or attending will result in a “no show”. Two “no shows” within a 30-day period will result in the inability to pre-book a spot in the Live Leduc Mobile App for three months. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend a minimum of an hour before the scheduled start time.

Please note that your pre-booked spot will be held for 5 minutes after the start time of the activity or class. At that time, your spot will be released to those looking to walk-in.  Walk-in appointments are still available for most but there is no guarantee a spot will be available.


How to set up an app account

Download the Live Leduc app today through Google Play or the App Store.

• On your smartphone/tablet open up Google Play or the App Store.
• In the search bar, type in “Live Leduc”.
• Press the download button to install the app onto your phone.
• Exit the App Store and wait for the download to finish.
• Open up the Live Leduc App and enter your login details.

Each patron needs to set up their own app account with an email. 

If you are an LRC and/or Live Leduc member, the email address in our system and your app account should be the same.  This will allow the app to validate your membership allowing you to have easy check-in with the barcode on your phone (your LRC membership card will no longer be needed).

If you do not have an LRC and/or Live Leduc Account, there is a "Guest Sign-in" option where you can set up a basic account with your email and phone number.  If you are having any difficulties, please call Guest Services 780-980-7120 and they will be able to add you as a user over the phone.

Desktop Version Available 

For those that do not have a Smartphone to reserve a spot for classes and/or equipment only.  This version does not include everything that the Mobile App does.  There is no My Schedule for simple tracking or reminders of upcoming reservations.  You will have to go in each day to see what has been reserved.

 
 
Call Guest Services 780-980-7120 to create a user account (if you don't already have one)
Login to Make Reservations (top right hand corner)
Enter Email
Enter Password
Login
Type in name or Click on All Locations drop down menu if looking for something specific OR
Click on the dates (top toolbar)
What is being offered each day will show in the daily schedule
Click on Reserve
Confirmation message will show on the screen
 
If you need to cancel, go to the day of the reservation (top toolbar)
Click on Cancel
Confirmation message will show on the screen

Questions about scheduling an appointment

When can I start to schedule my appointments?

The app will allow you to book up to 3 days in advance.

Can I book an appointment for using the app?

Absolutely, it is simple.  Click on Appointment Scheduling icon on the Home Page or Appointment Scheduling by the hamburger menu drop down on the top left corner of the Home Page and follow it step by step. 

Can I book multiple days at one time?

Yes, you may book up to 72 hours in advance.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel and change your appointment using the Live Leduc app or by phone 780-980-7120.

Can I book an appointment over the phone?

Yes, you can book over the phone by calling Guest Services 780-980-7120.

 


 

How can I reserve my spot for AquaFit at the Outdoor Pool?

1. Click on Classes

2. Pick the day of the week you would like to attend Outdoor Pool - AquaFit

3. Click Reserve

4. You will receive a confirmation, Reservation complete.

5. You can then add the reservation to your calendar or share it with friends and family.

 

Please make sure that the top right hand corner facility drop down is on Alexandra Outdoor Pool to reserve your spot in class.

 

 


 

How can I reserve my spot for AquaFit at the Indoor Pool?

1. Click on Classes

2. Pick the day of the week you would like to attend AquaFit – Indoor Pool

3. Click Reserve

4. You will receive a confirmation, Reservation complete.

5. You can then add the reservation to your calendar or share it with friends and family.

Please make sure that the top right hand corner facility drop down is on Aquatic Centre to reserve your spot in class.

 


 

How can I schedule an appointment for the activities being offered at the Arena's?

1. Click on Appointment Scheduling

2. Select the activity you are looking to pre-book e.g. Adult 18+ Skate, Adult 18+ Stick & Puck, Family Skate, Family Stick & Puck, Public Skate, Pre-school Skate 

3. Select your start time, duration, number attending and then click Reserve

4. You will receive a confirmation, Reservation complete.

5. You can then add the appointment to your calendar or share it with friends and family.

Please make sure that the top right hand corner facility drop down is on Leduc Recreation Centre to schedule your appointment.


 

How can I cancel my appointment/class?

1. Go to My Schedule to cancel your appointment/class at least one hour in advance of your start time

2. Go to the day and time you are looking to cancel

3. Click Cancel

4. There will be a confirmation question to make sure you want to cancel, then Click Yes, cancel.

5. You will receive a confirmation, Reservation Canceled. Would you like to make another reservation? You can choose Close or Yes.
