These lessons are great for those who are looking to work in a few skills to complete a level, or who want to work on a specific goal or swimming skill. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy more one-on-one instructions from an instructor.

Teens bored? Teen Fit: This program is a prerequisite for youth ages 12 – 15 to use the RE/MAX Fitness Centre, Indoor Track and attend drop-in fitness classes. Youth will learn the basics of fitness centre etiquette, safety, resistance training, and guidelines to exercising for beginners. Youth will get a tour of the fitness centre including equipment instruction.
Join us for this Yin Yoga Workshop, which is a slow, restorative practice where poses are held for 1–5 minutes to gently strengthen, lengthen, and release the joints, ligaments, and connective tissues while encouraging mindfulness and deep relaxation.
Preschoolers will flap, sing, and explore the fascinating world of birds through stories, crafts, and hands-on activities. Join us as we discover how birds are alike, unique, and part of the world around us!
Schools out so come to the LRC for a PD Day Camp! We will be busy doing activities, playing games and having a ball. We will be swimming each day so don’t forget your swim stuff. We offer two age groups for registration: ages 6 – 7* and 8 – 11.

Sportball offers a big variety of Multi-Sport and Sport-Specific weekly class programs designed to teach kids the gross motor skills they need to get in the game, including balance, stamina, strength, timing and coordination. Expert Coaches break down skills into kid-sized bites of fun in supportive, non-competitive settings that encourage teamwork. Whether we’re teaching toddlers how to kick or pre-teens how to bat, our goal is the same: to give kids the tools to get in the game and leave them with the desire to stay in the game.
