The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) hears appeals from municipal subdivision and development authorities. SDAB decisions shape the community and affect developers, neighbours, residents, and businesses. The board is governed by the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw.

SDAB hearings are held as required and may take place on any given Wednesday of the month.
