This course provides basic and practical instruction in understanding and negotiating in industry. Participants gain familiarity with key contractual terms and develop professional negotiation skills through exposure to real-life agreements. The course prepares learners to recognize potential contractual risks and advocate effectively for all parties involved in the contracting process.

Topics covered:

  • Definition and application of common industry contract terms and provisions
  • Introductory-level identification of potential risks and ambiguities
