Motorists are encouraged to avoid the Black Gold Drive and 46 Street intersection this morning. The railway gate arm blocking westbound traffic is stuck in the down position causing delays in the area. CP Rail is aware and will be in Leduc as soon as possible to resolve the issue. This traffic disruption is expected to last through the morning.
