Waste Management Facility

The City of Leduc is a member municipality at the Leduc and District Regional Waste Management Facility where residents are welcome to take waste directly.

The facility continues to be open during the current COVID-19 emergency.

To drop off recycling and hosehold hazardous waste only, the need for a resident access card will be waived. Residents should still apply for a card for future use of the facility. To drop off waste, a resident card is required.

Fees

A resident card is required to dispose of waste at the Waste Management Facility. Cardholders are able to dispose of 1 tonne (1,000 kg) of household waste per year at no charge (with the exception of appliances containing Freon).

Leduc County: 1.6 km east of the Leduc boundary along Rollyview Road and 0.8 km north on Rural Road 244.
