The Leduc Recreation Centre (LRC)’s Aquatic Centre will operate under a new name moving forward: Woodbend Dental Aquatic Centre.
The naming sponsorship will take effect June 1, 2025, and will span a five-year term. The sponsorship will broadly support recreation services, programs, initiatives and operations in the LRC.
“The LRC and its Aquatic Centre is a world-class facility that serves as a hub for community connection and wellness.” says Bob Young, Mayor, City of Leduc. “We are proud to partner with Woodbend Dental in continuing to support these facilities and programs for residents.”
Woodbend Dental looks forward to fostering community relations and supporting local health and wellness. This is the business’s first sponsorship with the City of Leduc.

The LRC offers more than 300,000 square feet of premium, multi-use recreation and fitness facilities for people of all ages. The Aquatic Centre includes popular amenities such as the main pool, leisure pool, tot zone, waterslide, whirlpool, and steam room.
