2023 EV Road Trip

Wednesday, September 20, 2023

The shift to electric vehicles is perhaps the most transformative change in transportation that many of us have experienced in our lifetimes. Even though this technology is not new, it is rapidly evolving, leaving many Canadians curious, if not cautiously optimistic.

That’s why the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre, in partnership with Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Awareness Initiative has embarked on the 2023 EV Road Trip.

Stop by the Leduc Recreation Centre for a chance to see various EV models in the flesh, get answers to your EV questions and test drive a few models from local dealerships.

This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome. We’ll be there from 12–7 p.m. answering questions, dispelling common myths, and sharing how Albertan municipalities are already benefitting from transitioning to EVs in their fleets.

We’re joined by:

Denham Ford
EVAA (EV Association of Alberta)
Fortis Alberta
City of Leduc
City of Edmonton
Award Evolution
Alberta Motor Association (AMA)
