Friday, March 18, 2022

What is the Clean Energy Improvement Program?

This informational webinar will show you how the Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) helps property owners access financing for energy efficiency and/or renewable energy upgrades.

This information session is tailored to energy efficiency product or service providers that service the City of Leduc.

As a CEIP Qualified Contractor, you can help your customers access CEIP financing for energy efficiency upgrades. With CEIP, your customers can finance up to 100% of the cost of eligible upgrades. This financing is conveniently added to and paid back as a separate charge on your clients’ property tax bill.

An alternative to traditional financing, CEIP provides competitive rates and flexible terms, with financing tied to the property, not the property owner.

Only CEIP Qualified Contractors are eligible to work on CEIP projects.

CEIP Qualified Contractors will be listed on the CEIP Contractor Directory, and will include energy efficiency contractors, renewable energy contractors, and service organizations and energy advisors that provide home energy evaluations and energy audits.

In this webinar, you’ll learn about how this innovative program functions, and how it will work for your company and your customers. We’ll cover key topics, such as Qualified Contractor requirements and responsibilities, and eligible services and projects that can be financed under CEIP.

Please choose a date that works best for your organization. Please forward the event confirmation to all frontline staff.

Dates: March 18 & 25
Time: 1-2 p.m.
Location: Online
Register: Eventbrite
