Peanut Butter & Berries Oatmeal Bowl Recipe

This is a great recipe to make that will help keep you full until lunch time. If possible, use steel cut oats or rolled oats over instant oats as they are less processed, will take longer for your body to break down (which is what keeps you fuller longer) and will help keep your blood sugar level down. 

If you are short on time in the morning you can put 2 cups of water and 1 cup of oats in a bowl and microwave it for 4 minutes at a 50% power level. Then continue with steps 2 & 3. Also, feel free to swap out the berries with any other kind of fruit such as apples or bananas. Enjoy!
